Over the last 10 years we’ve utilized constantly varied training methodologies to help hundreds of Hoboken residents drastically improve their overall health. Our in-house programming is one of a kind and is anchored in over a decade of hands on experience, study, and practice.

The Brazen Way is built upon four key areas of fitness growth and development:

  1. Bias aerobic capacity and emphasize foundational movement patterns (squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, “coil,” and brace)

  2. Build on and develop resiliency within basic movement patterns while also continuing to push for longer, broader, and more widely applicable ranges of motion

  3. Focus our attention, effort, and intensity on leveraging our progress in aerobic and positional capacity to drive “true strength” adaptations across the basic movement patterns.

  4. Practice new ways to apply our increased capacities across broad time, modal, and intensity domains while continuing to display a trajectory towards mastery of the basic movement patterns.
