FAQ

Where is Brazen Athletics located? 
We are uptown near 14th and Willow, 1317 Willow ave, right across from Trader Joe's.

Is there parking?
Brazen does not have its own designated parking, however we do have a good amount of metered parking nearby. A lot of our members and coaches drive in and as long as they give themselves a few extra minutes to find parking they are fine. Worst case scenario you can park in the parking garage underneath Trader Joe's.

What's the best way to ensure my success?
Just show up! Come with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and laugh!

I am a beginner, where should I start?
Cheers to new beginnings! You can start with any class that fits your schedule.  Your coach will go over the workout, show you the movements and help you personally with any modifications you might need.  Remember, you can take it at your own pace!  So just move at a pace you are comfortable with.  In time that pace will change as you feel more confident!

I have experience, where should I start?
Whenever you want! Although you have experience, there might be some new movements or different syles of workouts than you have done before, but rest assured your coach will go over it all and answer and questions you may have.  

What do I need to bring with me?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle.  Flatter sneakers are better if you have them, if not no worries!  We do have a water cooler to refill but we do not sell individual water bottles.  There is space in both bathrooms to change and to keep your personal items.  Each bathroom also has two showers.
