We know there are so many mixed messages out there!

We are here for you!

Your fitness DOES NOT have to stop when you are pregnant!

And there are ways to modify your fitness postpartum to help you recover safely and effectively.

The truth is that exercise during pregnancy can have huge benefits on your recovery postpartum. But we know there is little fitness direction out there. So we are here to help! We have created a class just for moms and moms to be!

Mom Strong is a functional fitness class led by a physical therapist and mom, Dr. Nicole Lombardo Stoltz, tailored to meet the demands of pregnant and postpartum ladies. This class is meant for women of all fitness levels to form community and get stronger together. Babies welcomed! 

Mondays 10:00-11:00am

Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 pm

1st Class is FREE!

  • Learn from an experienced CrossFit Coach, Physical Therapist and Mom! 

  • Individual modifications will be provided

  • Babies are also welcome!
